SHTEC was certified to the official presentation of an ISO9002 Certificate for service excellence by the Hong Kong Quality Assurance Agency on June 18, 1993. At the same time, SHTEC values total quality management. In February 2003, SHTEC was granted the ISO9001 Quality Management Certification. This can be reflected on our customer service pledge that we have our own professional routines and services.
To implement a consummate environmental management system, SHTEC established "Company Operating Procedure" to compile with the ISO14001 environment standard and assure to demonstrate perfect environmental management to society, business partners and staff. In May 2002, SHTEC was awarded ISO14001 Environmental Management System Certification.
